Human nature + New Technology=Cyberpunk
Actually cyberpunk is an idea ,that is a prediction or a vision to the future, about the combination of human and technology in the same world,about the interaction between human and machines(tech).Cyberpunk is the future that machines are going to manipulate humanity,is the blurring of the virtual with the real,is the world that there won't be no rules no liberty no high civilization under the logo of "Protecting humanity".
It's important to understand that not everything that is new or cool is a cyberpunk.Cyberpunk is a revolution in human world,is the world in wich machines and robots and powered human dominated and we are only minority.
In cyberpunk world art ,fashion ,life style ,food ,education ,communication will be different.
Here is a short list of cyberpunk movies that you probably have watched and that can help you more understanding cyberpunk concept:

At the end i really wish i can live till that future,i might work in a robots' company,my government might be a banch of robots,and i might in one button move on from a country to another in 1 sec..........................Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh yehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i really love technology.
